Introduce these two small hacks into your conversations to improve the way how you communicate with others:

The best way to get people to tell you their best stories is to ask them about specific events. Don’t ask, “Why did you become an autor?” which will give you a vague, generic answer. Instead ask: “Tell me about the day you decided to become an autor.” (learned from Tucker Maxx’ book - “The Book in The Box”).

Use dopamine-worthy conversation sparkers like “you mentioned”, “good taste!” or,
“I noticed that you” to let them feel great in a conversation with you.
(learned from Vanessa van Edwards’ book “Captivate”).
