Should I Focus on Competition?
“You learn a lot more from your customers than you do from your competition” – Michael Dell
If you want to become more successful don’t focus on your competition.
Don’t even care about them. You shouldn’t be chasing your competition.
Become the leader. How?
Simply focus on your customers. Talk to them about how they feel about you, what they love what they’re not happy about. Talk to them every three months.
Understanding your customers’ feelings is the easiest way to success.
