How To Turn Ideas Into Reality
The biggest mistake that I see in the entire innovation process is being made when turning ideas into reality: Whenever we find the “right” solution we start building it.
Remember, our great solution for their problem is a set of assumptions.
We know nothing.
Everything we know about our idea is an assumption.
Everything.
Don’t ever build your idea, rather build a small experiment to test the assumptions.
