What does success mean for you, the organizer of the event? Imagine the event is over and you say to yourself “This was fantastic”. Describe why.

We perceive the world with our five senses. So, let’s incorporate all the senses into their experience. Give me ideas of what they will see, smell, touch, hear or taste that will bring a smile on their face. Go crazy!
This is what most organizers don’t think about. The event doesn’t begin when the guests arrive and doesn’t stop when they leave the venue! We need to design the time before they arrive and after they leave with the 5 senses:
- Give me ideas on how to make them smile before they arrive.
- Give me ideas on how to make them smile after they leave.
You can create an unforgettable experience by asking these four questions.
