Interview Hack 1:

Use the power of open questions, often referred to as "5W1H" questions. These start with 'who,' 'what,' 'when,' 'where,' 'why,' and 'how.'
In your next customer conversation, challenge yourself to incorporate at least one question beginning with each of these words.

Interview Hack 2:

Conclude your discussions with this question:
"Is there anything we haven't covered that you'd like to discuss?"
There's always a point your conversation partner wants to tell you, and this question invites them to share freely.
